A submersible pump is a pump designed to be placed under water. The pump is hermetically sealed and is used to transport water or other liquids from one place to another. The main advantage of using a submersible pump is that it can be placed in places where it would be difficult or impossible to use a conventional pump.
What are the inspections and preparations before the deep well submersible pump goes down?
What are the debugging steps for the submersible pump?
What are the precautions for using a submersible pump?
1.There should be a lifting device (preferably a crane) that can lift a height of more than 3 meters and carry the entire weight of the unit, as well as tripods, clamps, wrenches, screwdrivers, wire pliers, 500-V megohmmeter, insulation material rubber self-adhesive tape and other installation equipment.
2.Check that the size of the motor matches the size of the water pump and that the power of the motor is reasonable.
3.Check that the voltage and frequency of the power supply match the rating plate of the motor and that the parameters of the control cabinet used match the motor.
4.Check whether the power cord is damaged and whether its specification is reasonable, and whether the cable has been submerged in water for six hours. The insulation resistance to earth measured with a 500-V insulation resistance meter should not be less than 500 megaohm. (Insulation resistance of a single finger joint to water).
Overload and overcurrent debugging: Slowly turn the thermal relay current adjustment knob in a direction smaller than the actual working current, turn a small scale each time, and the interval is about 2-5 minutes until the thermal relay action unit is activated stops working. Then turn a small scale in the opposite direction.
Missing Phase Sensitivity Debugging: Restart the device and disconnect the fuses of the device's knife switches one by one so that the device is in a two-phase electrical working state. See if the thermal relay can turn off the control voltage within five seconds.
Short circuit test: This step is usually protected by the air switch of the power supply system. Generally, no (more dangerous) on-site testing is required for the power supply system to be equipped with an air switch (DW10 is the preferred model for the air switch, and DZ is the second choice).
Check daily current, voltage and output pressure, check the dynamic water level every two weeks and make a log.
Check the insulation resistance of the motor every four weeks and make a log.
Minimize the number of starts during use.
If the deep well submersible pump is not used continuously after lowering the well, it should be turned on once a week and run for 5-10 minutes to prevent the electric pump from starting due to corrosion.
